Organization: Slovenian speed skating federation and Rolerski klub Kranj, Kališka 3, SI-4000 Kranj
The European Sport regulations of the C.E.C. will be applied. Each club can inscribe unlimited number of athletes by age range, however, as it is internationally regulated. Besides this, all the athletes, male and female, must be federate, representing Slovenian or foreign countries. For member of Slovenian speed skating Federation (ZHRS) competition is counting for 9. Competition for Alpe – Adria Cup 2013 in In-line speed skating and National competition. The fitness athletes will compete in Fitness category.

Entry fee 5 € till 11.5. 2012.
Entry fee after 11.5. 2012 is 10 €.
For youth 2005 and younger is no entry fee.
For Fitness categories in no entry fee.
Race office at the track circuit (open from 10:00 AM).
Appointed time for any protest: 10 minutes after the announcement of the jury’s decision; protest fee 50 €.
Starting numbers have to be worn by all competitors according to the instructions of the judges. Competitors without numbers will be refused at the starting line.
By the rank Arbitration Committee counts the point from the 1-first place down: 35, 30, 27, 24, 22, 20, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
Final team classifications: the winner of the trophy will be the team with more points deriving from the sum of all points in each age range (male and female).
The organizer will pay the price money for general standing in senior category man and women: 1.st place 100 €, 2.nd place 50 € and 3.rd place 30 €.
The organizer is not responsible by accidents or the athletes’ physical integrity, before, during and after the races while the Tournament is happening. The athletes
must use the helmets!!!
